To answer this question again for OP, hardcore farmers don't "prioritize" walls over upgrades, but rather have so much excess loot, they might as well dump it onto walls.

Don't think of spending loot on walls as slowing down the progress of upgrades, the only limitation is time. Upgrading defenses is like pennies when compared to the cost of walls. Why not keep farming for extra loot when all 5 builders are busy anyway? Defenses take time to upgrade, walls don't.

Edit: Also, you can take a look at the age of his base. (Obstacles cleared - 50)/3 = # days old. Ash has more resources sinked into his base / time played than any other individual in this game likely.

Should i upgrade th10 or stay at th9 max wall while upgrading heroes and max remaining dark troop?

Current Status :
TH9
MAX Def
Wall : Lava/Lego = 105/145

Hero :
BK 13 (Lvl14 on progress)
AQ 13

Max Troop Except :
Golem lvl2 (lvl3 on progress).
Lava lvl1
Valk lvl1

GG:800M
HH : 916K

That second raid was awesome. I had no idea that's how WB's worked. I've always carried 6, since "I know they'll never go for the middle until I break the sides". Very awesome tip.
