I'm not arguing, but that's what some of my clan mates have claimed during the boost Barching in Masters league. Boosting all Barracks, Factory, and Heroes. Quick 50% (700 DE bonus) and a bunch of bases with DE Storages outside the base. My clan mate Zcon26, TH 10 player, is also one of the best DE farmers in my clan and has had great success in Masters 2 during the boost event. He's also begun gemming the Archer Queen's time when he gets enough DE. And believe me, he's leveled her up by about 7 levels in just about 7 days during the event. His AQ is now lv 34, and I believe he's taking her to lv 35 tonight. His Heroic Heist is at 5 mill.

Until Ash and Zcon streams a full boosted session, we'll likely never get the concrete proof you need, but we can certainly make some inferences from a few fermi calculations.
Ash logged in at 1m heroic heist on Oct 8th. 96 days have elapsed and he now sits at 3.8m Heroic Heist and nearly max lavas (1b Gold grab required). So he's farmed roughly 40k DE and 10.4m gold/elixer daily over the past 96 days all largely unboosted without heroes (until recently, he's now gemming AQ time / boosting her) I consider the 1 gem boost to be a bit of a wash for everyone, but certainly helped his lavas progress quickly.
And he's been consistent at this. He's mentioned in a post somewhere that he plays ~4 hrs a day (this could be spread out over the course of the day for 10 hrs effective raid time / single 4 hr session, not sure, we'll assume the latter since he's mentioned it's unwise to break shield if you're not playing for long)
That's roughly 10k DE + 2.6m gold/elixer per hour unboosted with JUST BAM remember. In any rate this clearly already rivals your method. His theoretical limit would be 80k / boost session, toss in the AQ, I'm frankly shocked Zcon ONLY manages to make 25k DE an hour. Ash even said over the 1 gem event, he made something like 120k DE in one day.
It's fine that you'd like concrete proof, but should at least give it a try before you're skeptical about it. After all, you've been at this game for at least 256 days with 1/2 ash's GG, HH or EE. Btw, was looking at your sig. Is it commonly accepted that a "maxed" base doesn't include walls? Ash may certainly play this game more than most of us, but I'm willing to bet he's not playing 8x more to catch up with existing boosters like you (which is awesome btw, you keep supercell running!).
Not the concrete proof you may be looking for, but if this similar line of logic works for paleontologists, it's good enough for me!
TLDR - Ash isn't some sentient machine that clashes 24/7. If you look at the shear # resources he's sunk into his base in such a short time, he's clearly honed in on the most efficient documented form of DE, Gold, Elixer raiding strategy in the game. He puts casuals like me to shame.

The problem in that logic is you can't hit next 4 times faster. You are bottlenecked by the amount of good bases you can find.
