Hi Ash,

I don't quite understand your logic here. Could you please elaborate on this. If you have your DE storage full, you would gem your builder on Queen because you can't farm with a full DE storage (it's clear for me). But, if you do that, you have to upgrade your Queen immediately to make use of the DE. How could you have your Queen farming for DE, because, as far as I can understand, your DE storage is still full (if you don't upgrade her)?

P.S: I visited your clan Altar of Heroes a few days ago and the experience was amazing.

I'm now using my AQ for farming DE while gemming her timer when DE Storage is full. This means that I will have an idle builder to both dump my resource on walls and feed my Queen. Whenever I've a full DE Storage, I will feed my Queen, then gem the 7 day waiting period so that I can use her.

Yep the problem with hero farming is the time. You have a full de a storage while you're sitting there with 5 days left on your queen. Takes tons of time. Gemming the time and farming the resources is a good use of gems for hero farming. Plus you're heroic heist increases when not gemming the resources.

Yep the problem with hero farming is the time. You have a full de a storage while you're sitting there with 5 days left on your queen. Takes tons of time. Gemming the time and farming the resources is a good use of gems for hero farming. Plus you're heroic heist increases when not gemming the resources.

Not increase, but is evidence that you put effort in getting your heroes to lv 40 through farming rather than buy your way. You have to work to earn your Dark Elixir.

Yep, gemming 7 days costs about $10. I can afford it and I enjoy using the Archer Queen for farming DE, so there's no reason for me not to gem the timer.

I have done over 20 levels of both the King and Queen through waiting and without using them to farm my DE (or Gold and Elixir), so of course that's enough proof that farming without them and waiting is a viable method. When I focused solely on farming DE without heroes, I still had DE Storage full and had to wait a couple of days before I can feed my heroes. Now I'm not restrained to such limits and I can farm as hardcore as I want for DE.

Makes sense. Your AQ will hit 40 far before your BK at this point then. Do you plan on Gemming your BK onceyou are finished with AQ and full of D.E. again?

Also - how close are you to TH10? 3 levels from 30 and you will hit the ceiling for your AQ!

I'm going to follow suite with your method here. I'm going to buy enough gems to never have a hero down upgrading. My AQ is currently going to 19 and King to 16. Won't gem the dark though. Too expensive haha. I feel this method is the best of you can afford it because you can enjoy them as they grow stronger. It also speeds the farming a bit👊

Yea, I recommend putting your priority on the AQ and gem her timer whenever you can. She's the best weapon for farming DE fast with her incredible range and ability to hit over walls. Lv 40 AQ will allow you to farm the DE to level up your BK with ease.

Could you please analyze this base/attack? I found this 2k DE storage behind second wall, but I deployed my troops horribly wrong that turned out to be a disaster. If you were me, what would you do? Thanks.
