Safeguard against players who join clans and leave without using attacks in war

I would like to see implementation of some sort of safeguard against players that join clans and leave after the war has started without using their attacks. This could be as simple as doing one of the following.
-Provide a statistic in a player's profile that shows how many attacks they have used/ number of attacks available ... This is a very simple solution. It would not affect 'clan families', but would provide recruiting clans with valuable information in regards to a players reliability. Think of it as kind of like your credit score, but for clan wars.
-Lock players in a clan after war has started. There is still the chance that the player doesn't use their attacks, but they would have to wait until the war is over before leaving the clan.
-'Red Flag' players who consistently bail on clans
-If a player surpasses a certain threshold of repeated abuse of the clan war system ban the account

Locking players in clan is ruled out (if not it's just then completely wrong). SC doesn't implement stuff to make players seem bad. They wouldn't ban an account for not attacking in war -.- thats just stupid.

The only one of these I agree with is the "credit score" (lol), the statistic in a player's profile of war attacks available versus war attacks used. I really like this particular idea. Actually I love this idea. It's the only viable option of what you proposed. A player's profile gives a peek into a player's history, and this would be an extremely beneficial addition!

Can you agree that there are players who join clans with the malicious intent of abandoning the clan without using their attacks? Providing a statistic does not affect game play at all and would at least make recruiting reliable players a little bit easier. Seriously in the clans I have been in this practice happens all the time.

I really like the war attack ratio stat. Perhaps it could show their last 10 war stats in case they decide to become a decent human again and stop sabotaging clans.
Forcing someone to stay in the clan seems barbaric and could lead to abuse. The red flag wouldn't be needed if the stat is available. And banning the account, thats a little drastic, considering Supercell won't even ban people who constantly abuse the chat system with racist hate and vulgar profanity.

Definitely should implement the war attack ratio stat. A very valuable tool for awesome clan leaders, like me!

Instead of banning the account, how about prohibit them from joining a clan and speaking in global chat (global chat to stop them from getting invites to other clan or communicat ing about joining a clan after their ban time is up). Statistic should include number of finished and unfinished wars and ratio of stars gained per attack to make even more elite war clans.
Check out my idea, click on the orange words.

    And let the flaming begin...

Seems a little harsh to me. The only one I agree with is some sort of statistic. For example number of times leaving a clan without using war attacks.
    | Townhall: 10 | Level: 121 | Legos: 118 | BK: 18 | AQ: 15 | FIN: 66k | GG: 300m | EE: 318m |

How about incrementally increasing their cooldown time each time they abandon a clan without using an attack. If a player joins a clan stays and uses both attacks their cooldown time is incrementally decreased for every war participated in. If a player surpasses a certain threshold then they are prohibited from joining a clan until their cooldown is up. Lets say the max cooldown time is a week. If they have reached this max they can't join a clan for a week. After that week is up their cooldown time is incrementally decreased by 1. So basically if they then join a clan and abandon them they are effectively prohibited again for another week. This would create a system where players could redeem themselves through loyalty to a clan. It wouldn't entirely eliminate the practice, but it would make it more difficult.

Did my response imply that I had not? You gave your opinions on a couple of the options, but had no input on the "credit score" idea. If we can all agree that there is in fact a problem with players joining a clan with the intent of leaving without using attacks then we can work together to find a solution to the problem.
