Allow Builder to move obstacle's

Allow you to select an obstacle(tree's,bushes ect) and have a button to move. You select the new location and pay X gold. The builder begin's moving the obstacle to the new location.

I would love to be able to move obstacles and pay the removal price to do so. I once tried to let a certain tree build up around the edges hoping for a decorative wall - but finally gave up cause it was weeks between when a new tree would show up exactly where I wanted it.
