Cost of the Dark Drill did not decrease as advertised. Still 5 Mill to get to level 6. Was that an oversight or a change of plans?

I like how you can boost all barracks with 1 button push, but I'd like to also be able to resume all boosts with 1 button push. Currently I have to go click resume on all barracks
