Increased league bonus is the best thing in the whole update
Increased war loot (and ability to store more of it) is the next best part of update
New mortar is tough to get excited about. If the league bonus increases to the extent that it becomes profitable to use a big army, then it isn't a big deal to invade a base with 4 mortars. If the league bonus is just a small incremental step forward such that Barch is still the go-to troop balance, then facing a 4th mortar is going to make life worse.
