I'm not sure if they are going to continue to nerf the game until it's just unplayable or what. We should give them honorary title or supernerfers. Or stoopercell!

Actually, many of us like this game and the changes that SC brings...but as usual, ymmv.
I started playing almost 2 years ago and I'm still playing. The core group of ppl in my clan have been playing longer than me, from the inception of the game I think and they still have the same passion for it. Sure there are things/changes we'd like to see, but we have no control over that so we just work with what the game gives us, not against it. Try it, it's good for the blood pressure.

I don't quite understand this point. In the past the reward for draw wars was 40% of war loot bonus, and it was as low as 20% for lost ones. Based on the above sentance. I've expected to see these percantages go up a bit (e.g. 50% and 25%), however we just had a draw and I received 40% bonus. Exactly the same as before.

Is it a bug or did I misunderstand the modification described above?

They increase the loot for war raids by 20% so u get 20% more even if u do lose then what you would of before

Well not all the things in the update really affects me. For example, I'm not much of a spell user so the one gem boost is just okay. I don't agree with lightning zapping people's DE storage as i get ♥♥♥♥♥♥ if someone does that to me.

What I'm really excited about:
1. Increase in War Loot!
2. Being able to see level of troops in other people's profile.
3. Being able to see other people's army camp composition again!
4. 4th Mortar, an increase in defense is always good.

I guess thats all.

Defense always needs a buff. It's kind of ridiculous that barbs and archers can easily 2 star a maxed th9 if you know how to raid.

Overall good update but "the 4th mortar kills barch" and most non-symmetrical bases .

The part I put in quotes is a statement I think bandwagon players who have heard "the 4th mortar kills barch" rumor just latch onto and I wonder why. Very similar to all the "There's no loot!" statements... I raided over 10 million gold/elix combined this past Thursday throughout the day, as it was my day off. I did boost all 4 of my barracks 2 times throughout the day to be honest. I had saved up a little over 200 gems from the past few months and decided to burn a few. It was fun!

I still barch very successfully against bases with 4 mortars and several bases I've barched already had their 4th mortar as upgraded as they could, along with their other 3 mortars. Further, I'm no pro what-so-ever, so if I'm barching successfully against 4 mortar bases, anyone else who knows how to barch reasonably well should also be having good to decent results. If you sincerely feel that the 4th mortar "KILLS" barching, I'd have to believe you're a noob.

My village had all my Lvl10 gold boosted and some Elixer Pumps boosted, when the Halloween Update came out. I couldn't enter the game, so I went to Play Store and tried to download. for three days it said that it was Attempting to download, but NEVER got an Size, or current indicator. I let that sit for several hours, then I tried, uninstalling, and restarting my phone. Still same scrolling blue bar with no indicator other than Attempting to download. Finally, I received a message that it couldn't be downloaded, and I tried again, and IMMEDIATELY received the size and current downloading information. But I lost out on a LOT of Gold, my Village was DESTROYED by other users that had over 200 more Trophies, and All of my defensive traps could NOT be re-armed. Pls help.
