Thanks for the Halloween update SC, well done as usual. The music and sound effects really add a bit of creepiness to the game. And thanks for bringing back the bats!
The boost in bonus loot was an unexpected...well...bonus, though I've been getting enough loot to keep upgrading my walls to lv9 without it. One suggestion I"d like to share is possibly basing the amount of loot bonus (not war bonus) on a players game level and not TH level (no point in rewarding prematures, heheh). That way a player who plays a lot or even donates a lot get rewarded for their efforts. Something like taking a base level amount of loot, then multiplying that by some factor based on the players game level. Trophy count shouldn't be a factor because anyone can go snipe a TH. If you really want to get fancy with it, you can even throw in a factor based on a players win/lost ratio.
I haven't seen the skeleton trap in action yet but I can see where it may come in handy if placed within the firing range of another defense - keeping the attackers busy while the defense pounds them.
I know the lava hounds were released (haha) a while ago, but I'm just starting to learn how to use them and are my current go-to troop for war raids rather than GoWiWi. Awesome troop.
On a side note, I play several other games that try to mimic CoC and some of them bring some really nice features that CoC doesn't have, but none of them have the same feel of vibrancy, freshness or aliveness to the game due, I think, to the constant tweeks and updates you guys do, especially the seasonal ones. They don't have the same passion for the game. It seems like they just create something, throw it out to the public and just do fire control on the really big game bugs.
Lastly, I think the artists that do the artwork/animation does great work compared to some of the other games I've played. Oh, and sorry, but I haven't spent any money on the game, but I do enjoy it, if that's of any consequence...![]()
I'm not technology savvy and I don't expect my request will go very high up the ladder, but can we keep some stand-out obstacles? Like the Christmas trees, one feasible landmark for the majorly celebrated holidays. The Halloween Headstones would be a treasure for future clan inductees to see. Also, while I have your attention, I'd like to motivate a discussion on progressive obstacles. In addition to the timely spawning of them, add the idea of mushrooms turning to trunks; trunks to trees. Even then thinking beyond, dead and decaying trees that would yield a randomized dark elixir amount. I understand that this isn't the place to make suggestions. Any who may support the idea may forward this and take the credit. Just figured that if I sold one idea, I could kill two birds with one stone.
