Ty for helping adults do as well as kids without lives who sit around and game all day! Now I can be a gamer without wasting my whole life on it.
I appreciate the comment - but this string isn't meant to be about me and how I feel. It's meant to be an observation to Supercell that I KNOW is shared by many like me and I KNOW addressing would make Supercell more $$.

my best friend jonas is calling me a "gem noob" because once every month i buy 2500 gems for 129 dkk which is 23,50 dollars worth i can afford gemming and i do a little of it but i dont do it alot but the people who cant gem is most people who are 7-12 years old who either doesnt have the money or their parents wont let them buy it or pay it for it since they think its a waste of money. The truth is that the only reason we get monthly updates is because of gemmers, if they didn't gem supercell wouldn't get money, if supercell didn't get money the game would end and if the game would end and the sun would burn us all up and we would all die... can you see that the gemmers are saving the world?

I have used money on the game myself, but only for the 4th and the 5th builder. IMO it's a bit too expensive buying gold and elexir and DE directly with gems, but i like boosting my barracks and heroes, in that way I stealed 2,8 millions of gold/elexir on two hours

    I'm danish too

I do not believe that CoC is popular for the reason you mentioned. People play it because it is fun. I am certainly not playing this game to connect with some one emotionally, but to each their own. I do not think that a handful of people that frown on those who spend money will result in less money being spent. Why would you even let some one that you may not know affect how you choose to spend your money? If you want to spend more money on the game, go for it.

The fix is simple:

Supercell should either stop displaying the Gold Grab like stats OR allow resources that are purchased to count towards those statistics in the game. In game respect is a reality and a part of the game. I can promise Supercell that I have deeper pockets and would spend more if the spending didn't come with frowns from within the coc community.
what category am i in, i am a kid and spend most of money on clash, but i still havent spent thousands, nowhere near

But people will always be jalous at someone like you, the same way that people with no money always will be jalous at people who has money

How "good" you are at the game? COMPLETELY disagree. Your highest trophy count speaks to how "good" you are at the game. Your gold grab is almost exclusively how much time you have (although to reach high champs you need a lot of time on your hands as well)

Why does GG not show skill? Because I'm fairly sure a mentally handicapped monkey that is well trained enough could barch inactives in gold leaague all day. Sure there are farmers out there that can hit 4 well defended gold storages inside a maxed base and kudos to them, that's true skill. But the heavy load of farming is hitting relatively weaker bases worth a decent amount of loot with tier one troops, which most anyone can do with enough time on their hands.

I don't like the discrimination against gemmers, but I don't know if I want purchased resources added to the gold grab stats. When I see a maxed th10 and it's farmed I'm impressed. That takes some serious time, more than it would to earn the money to gem it even with a minimum wage job.

And if you hide your stats, you'll probably automatically be labelled as a gemmer.

Maybe instead of affecting gold grab, the nice & tidy could be increased so you can claim you've been playing a long time and got all the loot from your collectors. That way you're neither stealing other people's "glory" or being condemned as the person who makes the game free for everyone else.

Although next time someone hurts your feelings by calling you a gemmer, tell them you're not poor and you can afford to buy gems.

Okay the word "good" might describe excactly what i meant. The word "good" means in my opinion alot of different things. I wouldn't say it's the same as "skilled". The word I proberbly should have used is "patient". How are You if You're good at coc?? You can be skilled and patient, but does good also mean that You have a good base?

Minimum wage in most places is barely enough to live on, much less spend thousands on a mobile app, unless living at home with rent and food paid for by parents.

I've been playing the game fairly regularly since Dec 2012. A month and a bit after initial release. I guarantee you people will see right through that statistic if you have a max base without a decently high Gold Grab
