Elder and Co

Hi everyone, I am not going to spend ages trawling through past threads to see if this has been mentioned before, as a newbie to C.O.C and a leader, it drives me insane with everyone asking for elder or Co, when I am trying to recruit. To me a clan needs a few Co but with the only other position on offer is an elder I feel we could do with a few more positions to work through.
How about a few more tiers
1. New
2. Youngling
3. Elder
4. Master
5. Co-leader
6. Leader

The names of the tiers dont really matter its more about different positions to have on offer, powers should be also granted or taken away,ie: only lvl 4 and above can remove players etc.

please dont tell me i am the only one who finds this frustrating

I wish there were more ranks as well, but how about going into greater detail about what each rank can do? No point having 6 ranks if the first three are all essentially the same

I guess I was being lazy and letting supercell sort that if they can see an issue that needs dealing with
New and Youngling have no powers at all its just a step from new to showing you have been in the clan a while. Elders can invite but not kick .masters could invite and kick and mail. Co leaders generally at the moment have the same power as leader so there should be some difference there but not sure what
maybe if leader generous they could donate gems to players but thats a whole new ball game

No need to over complicate things, three titles is more than enough. The thing you find annoying is only going to cause even more ​of an annoyance by having people in global pleading to have "Master!" and "Youngling!" on top of the other titles. It will just be more of a cluster eff. Things are fine as they're.
