Clan wars-Choosing who gonna join

I have this idea that will make a clan war much easier.. if u have a clan with frens and they are new to the game how ar they gonna attack in the clan wars? so u need to find the suitable clan mate to war.. so u cannot make it to 50 members.. coz they are to many clan nowdays.. so this is my idea for solution..

• if u have 50 members its not automatically have to war 50-50.. make it either leader choose who gonna war this time who gonna skip war.. so its easier if a member want to skip war or cannot war yet because low level troops.. so if the leader choose only 20 members we can war 20-20..

• another thing is if we could search clan names to choose to war with will be great.. if we have another ftens clan we can frendly war with them.. that would be nice..

• another one is.. can we have fame for each ten winning wars.. like a online game.. u have one star or 2 star.. like prebet, coperal lans coperal like that..
