Shake N' Bake is a clan that is run well and has great potential, but lacks the leadership ring to get anything done. I have large plans for this clan and expect to achieve all the goals I have laid out. I just need the help to get it done as I cannot do everything while having a full-time job and a girlfriend. Shake N' Bake is a level 40+ clan with 16 members who are all active. The problem is none of them talk, there is never any chat. Its always just filled with me giving advice or suggesting things to members. This clan needs to get the ball rolling soon or it will fall apart. The majority of the members are level 60+. My secondary leadership at the moment consists of one decent coleader, 3 coleaders who do jack squat and a decent amount of elders who do nothing either. These people have all been promoted on the basis of seniority or of troop donation as that is the only thing I can get out of them. I have a clan email, clan twitter page, and I would like to have a clan website. I am trying to make it easier to communicate with the clan members but they won't even use that stuff. I'm sure if I had a a good leadership team, who communicated all the time and thought out ideas and strategies and plans and goals, this clan could go places.
