To my fellow th9s, how are you going?

I'm going slowly.

Everything is maxed apart from Heroes and walls. Queen is currently going to lvl 18, King is lvl 16. As soon as both are lvl20 I'm upgrading to TH 10.

What was that? Walls you say? No intention of maxing them! They are what they are and they will be what ever level they will be when I upgrade.

TH9 also... currently focussing on Heroes as I've only got two upgrades left for structures (DE drill to 6 and one skelly trap to 3). Walls all legos, will upgrade to lavas as I have idle loot but won't focus on them.

For those that are late stages/advanced - do you recommend upgrading heroes by staggering them, or one to the next ability level then focus on the other to the next ability level?

For example, upgrade BK from 13 to 14 then Queen from 12 to 13.... Or do BK all the 15 and then focus on getting the queen to 15?

I used to boost my racks and actually progress, but now it takes 6 sessions to get the results that I used to get in one; Which in turn prolongs the amount of time it takes to reach necessary resources to get the big upgrades. Currently, my 4 builders are busy on: mortar to 5 , aq to 8, xbow to max, and AD to 7. Thing is, it took way longer to get those resources than it used to.

I'm a th9 and I am lvl 99. I use balloonion for trophy pushing and barch or archers + giants to farm in Gold league.

Currently I am trophy pushing at around mid Crystal II

Game died for me when I reached TH9. Probably because the timing for my TH9 coincided with when they instituted the elixir for walls making elixir so scarce that I cannot upgrade troops.

Defences maxed except new mortar. Finishing last 5 legos then filling storages and collectors so I am full for th10 in 3 days. Congrats to the guys doing lavas, but I wanted to move on.

Personally the hero I have been upgrading has been the one I have had the loot ready to upgrade. And the BK is cheaper than the AQ for the same level.

I was upgrading my BK in between doing my DE lab upgrades. This made sense as he was cheaper. Once i had upgraded both to lvl15 I decided to concentrate on my queen. Also I was undecided whether or not to upgrade the BK to lvl20 or not before the. Regen time reduction.

The only reason the king is lvl 16 is because I only had enough DE to upgrade him a few weeks back.i needed another 5 k to do the queen.

Before clan wars my Hero upgrades didnt matter. But now with my upgrades taking 7 days i use my attacks and then click upgrade. Its either that or miss war / spend a lot of money gemming the finish times.
