Currently, during clan war only in case you in the clan war area you get link to view the live attacks.
But many cases you go elsewhere - modifying your base, viewing other bases, train troops, and so...
Therefore I thought it's good idea to get this link to view live attack, wherever you're are (except, of course, if you currently attacking other base).
