Anyways, your post makes me sad, since I literally spend my days listening to you guys, passing on and discussing your feedback with the game team. Maybe I dreamt it all?

When a change goes out, and a group of users don't like it, there isn't some magic ability to instantly roll back and correct a change of rewrite a feature. It's a serve side game which means any decision we make could take weeks or months to alter again. We listen to feedback and develop deliberately, with careful thought and consideration for each change due to this. While nothing I can say on this thread will change your mind, you can rest assured that there is Supercell staff and Mods CONSTANTLY combing through your feedback and finding the best compromise with the dev team on how to make the best Clash of Clans experience possible for all users, paying or not.

Also, I always find post-update loots a bit frustrating. This is due to a combination of factors. One of them being that many inactive players return and spend their loot. Another is that already active users are also shelling out a ton of loot and there is less available. And yes, inactive users are pushed farther down the battle queue all the time. We've never changed this, not with this update, not with any update. Churn is part of any game, and you have to build in considerations for that in MMO style games.

Hope that sheds a bit of light.

We'll continue to work on finding the ideal balance for everyone. Sometimes you should just expect a bit of give and take from update-to-update. We're not claiming to be perfect!
But yeah, my 2 cents on this matter is, complaints and unhappiness tends to be heard louder than compliments.

I'm generally quite happy with supercell and progress with clash of clan.
    Monthly free update.. league system..
But yeah, there are some things that made me unhappy as well. But you can't please everybody right ?

But I agree communication is the most important

    Nothing New as @noxy stated.

Oh yeah? Let me agree to disagree .... Your post is exactly like you described it, if you ask me.

But hey everyone has his own opinions and is free to express them publicly ( within the rules).

Fewer and Fewer members Post anything Valuable and Informative lately. What i see, is a "family" of people trying to teach us how to think and express ourselves.

Stats are stats... and Zynga is/was (?) Zynga!

    ( ...you get it? )

Not impressed by the numbers ( lots of times can be inflated on purpose ). I would only care, if i was a Share-holder and not from a humble costumer's side.

As always, this is just my 2c.

I know I have seen this time & time again when developers don't feel the need to communicate their intentions to the community, and some of you would say its their game why should they. Because nothing deflates a situation faster than communication, had developers come out within the 1st week of the last update and addressed concerns over loss of levels in chat as well as league bonuses even if nothing was done for 3 months but concerns and issues addressed clearly and concisely emotions wouldn't be as high and the forums would begin its healing (as Daddy puts it) process faster. Proof of this can be shown with the confusion over player levels, 2 replies by 2 moderators with conflicting responses resulted in the birth of additional threads and unflattering hateful posts. As for the greedy comments it is easy to see where they are coming from.

yes players need to take their emotion out of their posts & trolls need to be dealt with swiftly to prevent inflaming emotions, but SC needs to learn to communicate better with it's players through the forums.

We had quite a lot of trolls/fanboys lately!

From the looks it, most people who post on here have either not been around forums long (as they're young) so don't understand forum behaviour or just like to complain for the sake of it (moany codgers).

I'm glad though that we have a core group of decent forum members who actually enjoy the game and roll with the punches so to speak while still voicing their opinions and grievances in a constructive and decent way.
