Hidden Tesla as Lighting Rod

Nevermind... I saw this is already being considered.

Help! People keep hitting my DE storage. Please make hidden teslas act as lightning rods taking all the damage within a 3 or 4 block radius from their centre when a lightning spell is used in their vicinity.

The spell should still do splash damage at the base of the tesla to any CC troops and only the random lightning bolts that would've struck in the 3-4 block radius would be redirected to the tower.

Also, this could be used strategically to expose hidden teslas because if a lightning spell is cast near it, it would pop out of the ground exposing it's location.

It makes perfect sense and would solve a cheap ploy.

PS Depending on how creative you want to be, you could reduce the damage the tesla takes from redirected lightning spells.

Another zapping thread. Sigh. It's fair to get zapped and it's not cheap because you can zap too. If you're in silver, you're obviously gonna get zapped. People tend not to zap though when tou get in the higher leagues. Just push to gold one and you're dark should be fine there.

I am in masters and thought of this idea and got a lot of positive feedback. Hadn't realized something similar had been proposed.

I think zapping is the only method for those Barchers to get DE, and it is not cheap.
For every person who thinks it is frustrating there is another person who thinks it is necessary, i think..
i hate zappers as well, but if you remove them, you might instead be storage raided. So....maybe its good you are hit by zapper who bothers to leave you a shield..if your th is outside....

Sounds interesting, but no. There should be nothing to stop spells.
