well it only affects the human entity not machines like cannons or mortars the archers and wizards are in towers which makes them valnurable .. it should be black with a skull with bones marking X and you could buy with either 2,000 dark elixer or 35,000 elixer .. damage wise thats up to them ...
So why would you use this over lightening which also damages any building and any troop.
good question .. it poisons them . so the poison sticks with them . and slowly kills the defense towers .. supercell would have to determin how much it hurts them and how long
