Extremely inactive chat, but donation requests are usually filled at the correct times. (We're on the East Coast so requesting at 2 am for us isn't going to net you a lot of troops until we wake up at 6-7. If you like an active chat, join us and start conversations, no one else is doing it, if you don't like an active chat, that's great too. TH7 and 1400 trophies are the only real requirements, 200 donations a season is there but most of the clan doesn't meet it so it's more just don't be terrible at donating/receiving.
