I bought gems but they never came trough. I reported this problem to "purchasing issue" but I neither received an answer nor my gems. What should I do? I am very disappointed with that.

if it's an iOS purchase, what our Support can do for you is to confirm whether of not those gems have been delivered (or just delayed).
If they have not been credited after 24-48h then you'll need to contact iTunes Support so they can check the status of that transaction

iTunes told the transactions was completed!!!! and we waited nearly 2 weeks already.

if iTunes says tat transaction went through, you will have to wait or report the problem.

Supercells support is absolute ♥♥♥♥ you get no support of your gems dont come through dont contact supercell because you wont get a reply for two months and when you do it will be "please can I have your order id" then you wait another two months for a reply. Just contact apple and get a refund and then if you really want to give your money to a bunch of useless money loading hores buy the gems again
