My Idea for new troop

I think you should create a troop that comes out of the water maybe a scuba diver or mermaid or sea monster.

1. be more specific, ie hitpoints and health, is it a de troop or an e troop?
2. also why come out of the water?

The person above me is right. You need stats which makes it a troop so it should be in new troops and spells

personally I think this shouldn't be in clash since there's boom beach if you want troops to come out of the water and supercell said that the water was just there for decoration

Because there's water on the map so why not?
