Who are we?
We are a friendly, mature clan (although there are some peope below 18, but those aren't a problem) which was founded in December 2012. Most of us live in Europe or the US. We were a group of breakaways from a big, but inactive clan. Since then we've grown a lot, however, a few months ago inactivity brought us back to 15 people. This was the reason some radical changes were made to keep the clan alive. To get back our old glory, we need

Some basic info
To make our clan strong, we only accept people above level 60. Most of our players are above level 80 and many have archers and barbs level 5 and 6, but we also got someone with level 7 archers. Our highest members are above lvl 100 and everyone loves helping you out if you've got a problem! We respect troop requests as much as possible. We are a farming nor a pushing clan, you are free to do whatever you want (although we have a push about once a year). Clan wars are kept in weekends, the search is always being started on Saturday. Our donation counts might look low on the first glance, but keep in mind we've only got 15 people yet!
Requirements
As stated above, we only accept people above level 60. There are no minimum troop levels or Friend in Need counts, but we do want you to donate and respect requests. It's advised to have level 4+ archers to fullfill more requests as this is often requested.
Rules
As every clan, we have rules as well. We don't have extremely strict rules but we do expect you obeying them if you join.
1. Do not swear. Doing so once doesn't always have immediate consequences but if it keeps happening you are risking a kick or demotion. Newbies get instant kick if breaking this rule twice within a day.
2. Do not start fights on purpose. If a fight happens, be mature and log off/don't react. Breaking this rule results in a kick or demotion.
3. Do not ask for a promotion. The co's decide who gets promoted.
4. Elder is earned by donating. Co is earned by respect and loyality.
5. Donate and request more than 50/season. Keep your ratio below 1/3. If you are new, the donation minimum doesn't apply in your first season. It'd be unfair if you got kicked because you didn't have the time, right?
6. Respect descisions made by higher ranked people.
7. If you can't come on for a certain period of time please let a co or leader know so you won't get kicked.
