idea about voting for new leader

Hi in my clan 386mafia our leader has stopped coming on and is not chatting or anything so my idea and some of my clan members would be if you where able to vote for a new leader as if he was never on and left the game for good would be nice to have a new Clan leader so if over 80% ppeople voted that person could be leader thoughts on this

I guess but if ur clan had like 5 people it would be easy to do it and people would troll new clans by joining in groups and promoting a person better off with making a new clan
