    All Hail, Ze Hail Tower! Time to Make it Rain, err Hail...

    Hail Tower-
    Modes:
    Make it Rain- Damage over attack radius ( damages all units in attack radius
    Make it Hail- Damages grouped area (2x2 area of biggest enemy group within attack radius
    Damage Per Second:
    Make it Rain: 15 [base damage]
    Make it Hail: 40 [base damage]
    Deployment Range:
    Make it Hail Mode: 6.5 tiles
    Make it Rain Mode: 3.5 tiles
    Cost (Elixir): 1,250,000
    Unlocked: Town Hall 9
    Ability: Units damage by this tower have a 30% reduction in movement speed.

    Extra Info: This tower brings the cold hearted battle right back to the enemy. It's two different modes allow multiple defensive strategies. The first mode, Make it Rain, will allow the tower to damge all enemies within its radius at the cost of damage and range. The other mode, Make it Hail, will allow more damage to be done to enemies at the cost of area of effect. This tower will act like a trap similar to teslas but way cooler.
