Being Able to Pause Your Boosts

So in the new update we get the ability to resume your boosts after a maintenance break. But have you ever started a boost and 20 minutes into it something comes up that causes you to need to step away from the game for 20-30 minutes. That's almost 10 gems per barrack/spell factory that you boosted.
I think it would be a cool idea to be able to pause you boosts 1 TIME PER BOOST!!!
The one time per boost would keep it so you wouldn't be logging in and out being able to pause as much as you wanted. Thoughts?
