This spell when dropped will slow down the defense it slows defenses more and longer time as it increase in levels

A witch like troop
5 troop space
Favorite target defense
Don't have lots of attack power or hp but will slow down anything it attacks
Also for every five sec it will stop for 1 sec and add 10 sec to your attacking time
It has as much range as a witch as fast as a witch and does as much splash damage as a wizard

Turn down for what?
Turn down because of : cops, people trying to sleep, dogs, it's midnight, lovely couples trying to have a quite night, not good for your ear drums and much more..... so plz turn down
