leveling up mines and collectors

I think Super Cell should add level 12 mines etc when they introduce th 11.

When they added lvl 11 storages they added lvl 11 collectors and mines at the same time. Therefor when they add th lvl 11 they will need extra storage for the new and expensive upgrades that will follow with the update, and therefor lvl 12 mines would fit in well there

I think when they introduce new the th ,they should introduce something else too,like mines,collectors ,new troops.
