New clan idea (AMAZING!!)

So I just got this amazing idea. The leader of the can pays all the active people in the clan. He can pay how ever much he wants to each person, but he needs to pay the minimum wage which is 10000 gold, 5000 elixor, and 10 drk elixor. And the salary needs to be paid every month. And they can pay each person a different amount based on how he wants it. This is what happens when he misses paying:

1st time:
__________
Warning.

2nd time:
___________
Double the minimum wage will be paid to ALL the people in the clan.

3rd time:
_______
The leader will be kicked off the game for 10 days.


Also, each player has a choice to go on strike each war by pressing a button on the clan war page.

also, if there was a clan of 50 people, he would have to pay 500 dark elixir total and 500,000 gold EVERY DAY

I know that I'm just saying you have to be more mature I disagree with the idea but at least I could say it in a nice way all im saying is calm down there's no need to get mad over this its just a game. And yeah, I know people pay like thousands of dollars on this game like nothing so to them it's a virtual reality. But in the real world it's just an app a game and I like to play it so does every one else that's on here so just calm down
