Opt out of war/Co-leaders choose who to exclude from war

We have a lot of members but not all of them can war each week and so it would be awesome if we can opt out of war and if the member is inactive then co leaders should be able to exclude selected members from war before initiating a war search. This feature would help loads as we wont need to kick inactive players nor have members leave only to rejoin a few hours/days later.

+1000 on this. We kept loosing wars because some high-trophy-count clan members did not fight in wars.
