Clan jumper Are a big Problem . I think if you join a Clan it was better if you join a Clan you cant join for 3days in another Clan . So they cant Jump to collect troops and go Away to join the next.

then there goes a lot of the req and leave clans..since a lot of time they have the same people joining back

The majority of the players on global are muppets so try recruiting on the forums here. Most people on the forums are mature and do want a long term clan so give it a go.

They should still be penalties for leaving so many times from any clan.
