That the users want it is in no doubt and more. I have yet to hear from anyone that says they would be bummed out by this coming to pass.

The question is whether SC will do it because they get a lot from people gemming their heroes for war. As long as that practice remains a cash cow for them you can't blame them if they are not in a hurry to change it.

I personally don't like participating in Clan Wars, but it would be a logical and helpful feature nonetheless.

It is part of the game and 1 week down during later lvls in not bad.
Makes you not depend 100% on your heroes

Dont think of your heroes as a giant being researched, your hero is more like an archer tower. Your archer tower upgrading cant be used, so why should your barb king.

Just pointing something out if you are upgrading your archer tower it still functions in war.

Agreed, to really get SuperCell to respond Clan Wars participation needs to drop.

But no where near enough boycott it because of this.

But I remain hopeful, as Clan Wars is not balanced in this current format.

One week without your most powerful attacking units isn't that bad? Think again, sir. It's pretty painful for 4 days, I can't imagine a week.

Heroes should be allowed to be used in war regardless if upgrading or not.
