/Signed I'm maxed at TH9 except for heroes, so looting is boring and clan war is all I got. I can't War without heroes so I either spend the next 4 months out of war, or I don't upgrade.

I support this. Just like other troop or building levels, the previous level should be kept on heroes and make them viable.
