First of all, where have they said this is ruled out? I have not seen it.
Second, I personally don't care if something is ruled out. *WE* are customers and Super Cell should be forced to at least listen to their customers complaints. If they don't want to do something that's their prerogative, But we should be able to shout as loud and long as we want about what we want as customers.
Frankly, if Super Cell continues to not enable this it just shows a level greed with their leadership. Its clear the vast majority of their customers want this and there is no technological reason to not allow this. In fact, there is a much bigger argument to be made that it is asinine to prohibit this. The lack of ability to use heros in war inhibits a large portion of their customer base to not even play the most important part of their game. What sane company puts a feature in their own product that inhibits large portions of customers from using the product? Oh yeah, greed.
