SC should release this.. since every war the heroes in defense mode are attacking even in it is upgraded while in offense you can't use it... that is not fair...
Also, few people are joining in wars since the heroes are in upgrade mode... This is one of the reason people don't join wars because of lack of heroes.

please fix this super cell...I haven't been in clan wars for over a month because I've been upgrading my heroes non stop and I do not want to hurt my clan
