[PETITION] Make Heroes Usable in Clan Wars... While Upgrading.

Heroes aren't the same weight in a battle as a defense, they hold MUCH MORE to the outcome of a battle.. So if a defense that is just being upgraded during war.. (Which still remains on your war map) so why then would king and queen NOT be in war, regardless of whether or not they are being upgraded?

It evens the playing field out and makes for a more enjoyable war experience.. Clans don't have to take wars OFF because two guys have a queen down and can't guarentee a three star when it counts..

I've wanted this for so long. I love clan wars and I hate being out of war just because my heroes are upgrading. I'm a th9 right now and I'm probably going to be out of so many wars because of of how many levels I have to upgrade on both heroes as well as the longer upgrade times. I could work around the upgrade times as a th7 but now with them being 5, 6, 7 days I'm going to be out of 2-3 wars for every upgrade. It sucks. I'd really love to see heroes available in war while they are upgrading.

Wars would truly be at full strength. Too many people opt out of wars while upgrading or hurt the clan by not being able to attack at their best. Takes away some fun.
