It's been a year people, its not happening, suprised this hasent been locked up.

This keeps clans from getting to level 10 too fast. It would be nice but if this is implemented clan xp would have to be reduced. Also there would have to be more clan levels (some are already at level 7).

this thread has been around longer than any other. and still nothing is being done. for upper levels it makes such a huge difference in war. all the sand bagging th 10 s that want to hang out in super low trophy counts and not have their de stolen got their way with lightning not working on storages anymore, even though that was one of the worst updates ever. the first blower made no sense but was added due to ppl whining about dragon attacks, and then another one was added because ppl were still whining about dragon attacks and now the once great lava hound balloon attack is more or less impossible. as if defense doestnt already completely out weigh offense at th 10. what other worthless updates will coc do to try and get ppl s minds off the most unanimous thread on the forums? heroes should be available in war. ppl will still buy gems and you will still make money, make clan wars an even match up. its bull ♥♥♥♥ that wars are being decided based on whether or not top guys have their heros in war.

Because it's a terrible idea and this needs to be locked up its been a year.
