<sigh> I have already explained this so many times on this thread... What you people need to understand is that this will not happen. Supercell would lose their main source of income, and it would be too difficult to change the programming.

Obviously this isn't true since this idea is not in the "ruled out ideas" thread. I don't think SC would wait all this time to just rule it out. I don't think they would let us hanging forever either. Just gotta be patient and keep signing.

They would lose negligible income and it would balance their game and keep people playing generating more income.

Those saying stop whining, stop wining yourself. There's a ruled out suggestion list an if this was on it the 139 page thread wouldn't be here.
These guys can act like they don't need heros, it's just an excuse when they lose. For me, I want my opponent 100%, its good sportsmanship.
Clan Wars is why my clan plays and I assume that's the same with most others. Trophy chasing isn't relevant now or really ever was for the masses an the thought process that builds should effect a clan war is just as irrelevant an needs to stay behind.
I have people opting out for a hero or spell factory upgrade an I dont think that was SC's intention or defense wouldn't be available either.
The little revenue SC gains off people gemming their heros to complete for war doesn't compare to the DE bought to upgrade heros. People don't need reasons to hold off on a build.
I can't read SC'S mind. Maybe if they had a potential suggestion list. I think it would end some unneeded frustration an improve debate in forums. None of us can speak on thier behalf.

It's so annoying having to wait a few weeks to do a clan war simply because someone's hero is upgrading

I hate it when I have to miss out on the fun of a clan war just because my king or queen is upgrading. I don't actually know how to sign so i just put the thing on the top. Clash On!!!

Once my clan was out of war for 2 and a half months and we lost a few members
