I really wanted to buy gems but i dont have a credit card or any card. Can i just use prepaid load. I live here in taiwan. Or is there anything that i can do to buy gems? And also i had read that globe telecom in the Philippines had already done this.

Ofcourse I can. Even teens can. The question here is "Can teens apply for credit card?" this is an online game. That any1 can play. And look, we are on modern technology nowadays. Even kidsss han iPhone 6 on there hand already.
This thread is a suggestion to make the billing/buying of gems much more easy on the game, by using prepaid cards instead of credit cards...
