    You wouldn't do well against a healer-giant combo because you don't have many sections, someone could send in wallbreakers and open up the section where the air defense is, send in giants and destroy it without having to go through any walls, they then send in their healer and you've lost...

    Healers will still be used for those giggle raids xD. I am yet to see an all healer and one barbarian raid I would love to watch that.

    yep, that's pretty much what happens. I thought the springs would help, but apparently killing 13 giants right off the bat does nothing.

    Btw. I full balloon raid somewhat often. It's funny, and it works. You just need to find the right base to attack, all it takes is an air mine to kill them. They also do small damage on death as of the last update.

    i get balloons in my clan castle because im helping out in a clan full of low lvls lol, its quite funny to see them at 1900 trophies, they die easy but with a little luck you can have fun with them

    LoL, get rip off by giant healer combo when AD is upgrading is expected. Everyone faces it.

    TH6, healer is well-known, you have a single AD which I consider the most important defense. After I upgrade it to lvl4 and centralize AD i never see healer attack again.

    Lately I still see 2x healers attack my TH8 village, it's odd.

    you need a dual/tri ring base

    air should be in second/middle ring with mortar and possibly storage

    first ring should be general defences like canon and archer tower

    this way the giants will follow the defences in a circle instead of going to the air defence in the centre

    outside can be mines

    Upgrading my townhall might help. A second air defence, and more walls to work with. I wanted to finish all my upgrades first though.


    Up townhall, or upgrades.
    Any opinions?

    Dont rush TH upgrades, upgrade EVERYTHING then do the TH.

    An air defense that is easily accessible is like a magnet for giant + healer combo attackers, so use this knowledge in your advantage and either create or get a layout that has good giants funneling in key points with spring traps and this should save your butt most of the times.

    You should consider dropping some cups and go down until you find mostly TH 5 and 6.
