The only requirements are
That you are respectful towards other clanmates
That you don't abuse your powers as elder or co-leader
That you stay competitive and attack in wars

Also that you are level 25+ and have 600+ trophies
If you want to be an elder or co-leader you can donate 75 troops for elder and 200 for co-leader
This is also a chill clan that if you lose a clan war battle we WILL NOT kick you
