This is PotatoHood just for the sake of easily searching it. I've been in 5 clans, elders in 4 and Co-Leader in one while the leader was gone for 6 months. Under me we went on 5 war win streaks on the regular.
I've made this clan to fix all the problems I've seen in the clans I've been a part of.
Like:
Kicking inactive members BUT not kicking too much.
Wars will happen but with the approval with most of the clan once it is up to that size. Not everyone can participate in back to back wars because wars are expensive and everyone has a TH they want to upgrade.
Promotions will happen often to loyal members to keep a good balance of co-leaders and elders.
Lastly, as the leader I'll be open to any ideas from members
