Powerstones would be created in a new labratory. (Or the current spell factory on a new tier to prevent from making a new building that would alter the percentage of damage)
These powerstones would be extremely expensive and take a long time to create. And any player, or village or war base, would only be able to have one stone per raid.
To expand on the idea I will propose some possible powerstone effects...
1) 10 seconds added to raid time limit, upgraded to 15 seconds
2) movement speed of army increased by 10 for 10 seconds, upgraded to 20 for 15 seconds
3) deploy the stone, and the next troop that dies is respawned with 1/4 health, upgraded to 1/2 health
4) deploy stone to forfeit battle, all troops would be returned to army camps, and attacker would lose the battle regardless of damage done and forfeit loot gained
5) instantly deal 5% damage to 50% of building/structures in base, upgraded to 10% damage to 75% of buildings/structures
6) post any other ideas below
The above suggestions would be for offensive attacks and would cost between 100k-200k (or more) and take 6-12 hours to create.
The following proposals would be for defensive stones that would activate at certain times and would be able to be turned off, or set to not activate like sleep mode for heros....
1) at 75% damage done, defensive stone would decrease time limit by 10 seconds, upgraded to 15 seconds
2) at 50% damage done, attacking army would be slowed by 10 for 10 seconds, upgraded to 20 for 15 seconds
3) at 75% damage done, the last defensive building destroyed would respawn at 1/4 health, upgraded to 1/2 health
4) if attacker forfeits battle with forfeit stone, the defender profits and collects the available loot the attacker had but has forfeited it
5) at 95% damage done, 50% of the attacking army is instantly dealt 5% damage done, upgraded to 10% damage done to 75% of ar my
6) post other ideas below

These are just effects that I could think of that aren't similar to any other effect in the game. And I suggested a defensive stone equal to powers of every offensive stone to create equality.
Effects, costs, and create time may need to be tweaked per stone, but something completely new and different is what I was trying to think of.
