Then you would have members attacking to high just to specifically get the most heroic attack. You could have the 20th person on your team 1 star the 12th person on the enemy side but a 1 star doesn't help your team in wars that much. Maybe most heroic should be limited to 2/3 star attacks only?

Most heroic attacks are already 2-3 stars.ive never seen a one star heroic attack.
