What is the best trophy range for TH8 that has the most resources to loot?

I went my whole entire th8 in the 1600-1700. Great great loot up here. I loved th8 and I wish I didn't have to leave. Best th for farming AND war by far

Pretty good, nearly max apart from walls. Just 1 more archer my air defence and 2 more tesla levels to go.

I've been at th8 for about 2 months

I'm planning on staying until I have th8 completely maxed including walls.

I use GoWiPe or swap golems for giants (depending on the base type). I know a lot of people use dragons but I dislike how much they cost and 0 profit from them. Hogs are still a good call at a high level mine are level 3 and still do me well.

At a point in my war raids that mass dragons just do not cut it against my enemy bases.... tried wizard/barb or wizard giant combo's and found mixed success.

Does anyone else think healers are useless or should I aim to upgrade them?

I haven't started using healers at all yet but I've been on the receiving end of some raids with giants/healers and they seem to rip up my base pretty well. I can't remember if they were the monster level 6 giants or just level 5 giants. Those level 6s are tough to defend against!

Okay, so I am a pretty late TH 8, with only point defense, teslas, and 80 walls left to go.
Now, my question is my lab..
What should I upgrade, my Pekka (Unlocking in 5 days) , or my hogs? (Hogs are level 1)

I think a lot of it depends on what your trophy count is too. I've been hanging in Silver I and there just isn't much DE there to be had. I've been climbing a bit higher in trophy count but still not finding much. I've heard it is pretty pletiful up in the Crystal leagues though.

getting DE as a Th8 is so easy dude, I just about 900k heroic heist , still a TH8 lol valks nearly finished in my lab, I farm with 2 combos the first, Giants/barbs/arch/gobs, lv5 gobs are one of if not the best investmemts at TH8, I usually use 12 giants , 12 wb, 12-24 barbs just to trigger springs, 20-48 goblins and a ton of arch, drop 2 giants and spam barbs then some arch, then wb, if cc troops come out drop a heal and spam the rest of your arch, drop giants in groups of 2s or 3s, same with wb until there is a path to the DE then drop gobs in sets of 6-10s to prevent splash death, ALWAYS WORKS, even on fairly upgraded TH9s, or you could just barch for DE, I farm at around 1500-1800 around 1650 has nice easy to get DE and higher up is more but harder to get, lower down has more elixir and gold, also the biggest mistake with most people farming is you guys hit for low loot, when I raid I look for 200k of either gold or elixir or at least 800 DE, if its less than that unless its very easy to get to, its not even worth dropping your troops, GL farming

Sorry guys and girls, firstly I want to join conversations as I'm at town hall 7.

I'm level 69 and have been to master league recently and is crystal one (I'm low level but reached master so you know about it).

Some of my classmates and friends urged me to begun moving to town hall 8 as I've got all structures maxed including barbarian king, gold mines and collectors.

At the same time my 5 storages always full, not to say that the loot in clan castle not taken yet.

The problem is some of my troops are not maxed yet and waiting them to finished, even my king and walls are max a few weeks ago at th7. Is there something wrong? Because I never delay research more than one day and usually upgrade them once other research are finished. Even before I reached crystal league, I surpassed the 100,000 DE stolen? Are these normal at my level?

You my friend are what we in the industry call "one bàdàss farmer"
