My fellow TH8'ers, this is our thread. How are you guys doing? (Part 2)

Well... I decided to upgrade to TH9 last night. I am not 100% maxed. I have 32 walls left to skull, the new D.E. drill, 3 barracks and lvl 12 collectors to do (3 collectors are on their way to 12 as I type this).

Also have some research that I am waiting on: Goblins, Wall breakers, Hogs and Valk will not finish before TH9 comes.

I should have the new d.e. drill upgraded to lvl 3 by the time my TH upgrade is complete.

My build plan for when I hit TH9 is 2 Xbows, AQ, Upgrade Lab, and the other 2 builders will work on walls and getting new buildings up to speed.

It was nice popping in here and reading people's progress over the past several months!

my main account is TH9, can I suggest a slightly different upgrade order? AQ and lab definitely, but worth doing spell factory and cc as well in the first round. if you can fill your storages before the TH upgrade finishes you'll be able to do all of those and have some left over. lvl 1 xbows aren't really worth ♥♥♥♥, and if you keep your TH outside you won't get raided for loot that often anyways. cc is great for clan wars and defense...

if you've got 5 builders, try and get the other one onto camp upgrades... they're definitely more useful than the xbows IMO, cos you'll raid heaps more than you'll ever defend (even with maxed xbows). you could even do a camp instead of the cc, though you might run out of elixir first

Thanks for the tips! I definitely plan on reaching TH9 with maxed storages and hopefully something in my CC.

Now that they removed the elixir drain by not allowing them to be dumped into walls I am going to be moving on. I've been sitting on a maxed TH8 for a month or so. (Minus DE upgrades) I've got four collectors going along with my second DE pump. Once all the mines and collectors are set to max I'll hit the upgrade button to go to TH9. Now I am as well trying to figure out my upgrade order once it hits. So many elixir draining upgrades. Just the camps are close to 10mil!

I just started TH8 and, well, so far I've upgraded a couple of defense buildings.. and my new walls are still at lvl 1 lol
Just upped my wizard to 5 though.

I'm a new TH8. TH upgrade finishes 30 minutes ago. Can anyone link me to some good TH8 base threads?

I've started my DE Drill and Lab (TH7 drill is lev 2) and some of the new structures. Will start castle soon.
