As you can see i have created a new thread with the 1st post taken from the original dedicated TH8 thread which i grabbed using google cache. Please dont post illegal stuff like H A C K S or B O T S or the likes ok? The original thread already had around 70 pages and had a sub-community of itself and all it took was one poster and one mod to have it deleted.

So my lab finished upgrading, I can't farm enough elixir to upgrade my archers to lvl 5, I've built everything but the tesla, will do it tomorrow, but Im struggling to far, elixir, I'm currently farming at silver 1.

How Can I Check How Much Left Do I Need In My Base ?

I have an Excel spreadsheet to keep track of mine... To my knowledge there is no in game mechanic to see how much time you have left to max the current town hall.

I think have seen a player created utility somewhere on the forum that can actually give you the info about resources/time to complete your TH level but I have no idea where I saw it at now. I too keep a spreadsheet with all of the upgrades I have remaining for my TH level since it is so much easier to figure out what to upgrade next when all the info is in one spot. Mine is on Google Docs so I can access it from home or work easily.

JUST BARCH, TBH level 4 barch is good enough to snag a few storages from a relatively weak TH8 base, but stay in S1 and look for dead bases, recently I am finding a lot of dead bases around 1600-1700 cups but I dont think this cup range is safe for a fresh TH8, GL lol TH9 is a lot more expensive than TH8, troops cost 6mil each with 4.5mil for barbs.
EDIT: WAIT WAIT WAIT, you are fresh TH8? just raid TH7 bases the same way you used to in the past lol, once you get some lv5 troops start raiding TH8s

Im trying to but there are hardly any good bases, I'd spend 20-30k searching for a decent base with 150k both then another long search
