My fellow TH8'ers, this is our thread. How are you guys doing? (Part 2)

Upgrade golems if you war much. Eventually golem becomes very good troop to use in war. Valks canbe good to as a defensive troop

Well, im nearly maxed my TH8. People keep telling to get the golem lvl2, but of course we have the terrible TH9s waiting to steal the DE as soon as we have it. Keeping that much DE is nearly impossible as a TH8 as there is always someone strong enough to break into the bas to steal the DE. In the last week alone, I have been attacked by 15 TH9s (TH8s dont come near my base anymore) and have lost close to 16 k DE. As a TH8, it isnt easy getting DE in the first place, but with the TH9s preying on us, I think that golems should be researched in TH9. ( my opinion). TH8 bases arent strong enouhgh to keep TH9s out ( believe me i have completel maxed defenses), so I think maxing out hogs and minions and the BK alone are tough enough chores.

Hmmm, i on the other hand didnt encounter any issues when i upgraded my Golems to lvl 2, i just stayed around 11xx trophies and was rarely attacked by TH9's and most of the time got TH sniped. I recently climbed to master's (check the thread a few pages back) and the DE is awesome along with the 1 gem spell fac boost. You can try reaching master's then farm DE as you climb up (and go down)

I recently made a new base for the forth mortar, I was wanting some feedback on it. Also, I recently started to upgrade my walls to skulls. I still don't have maxed out defenses so I was wondering is I should stop upgrading walls and start back up on the defenses. Oh, one more thing, what should I upgrade in my lab?

What should I do first? I know that pekkas are great in GoWiPe, but I don't plan on using that soon. And I never use the lightning spell.

Well my TH8 journey is over. Hogs are going to be Lvl 4 in 2 hours. I didnt get King to 10 (Lvl 8 ATM) or Golems & Valks to Lvl 2.

Well upgrade whichever you use most. I plan on using loons soon, so I would upgrade Minions.


I don't ever plan on using hogs/valks so I'm not going to upgrade those at all.
