    Am I missing something?
Obviously you're adapting to the conditions of the game and not whining about having to do so, we need more people like you.

    Whining is good

Whining is essential to improving a game. Yes sometimes their opinions aren't the best or the greatest but it is what they believe is right or what should be fixed to improve the game. If people did not whine, supercell would not take as much notice otherwise. For example: if people weren't constantly whining about lightening spells, they wouldn't have had an increase in health.

Even the people that just say "this game is bad" or whatnot are also important to community feedback as they tell supercell that something in the update has displeased those people. However, it is obviously better to give more rational and constructive feedback.

If someone believe the game is bad, why can't they express it? Are they not entitled to their opinion(contradicting myself here a bit but I hope you get the point)? People that are whining are giving ideas, or incentive to improve the game(for their own or the general public's own good). Is trying to "improve" the game a bad thing to do?

So my point is: Accept the whining and counter-whine if you disagree

    Anyways that's my 2 cents

People don't farm around 2k trophies, 1400-1600 is where it's at.

The majority of the people complaining are the TH9's because they have the strictest loot penalties/highest cost upgrades, so yes I am speaking for the majority.

Edit: Like I said my trophies are high due to defence wins which you can see in my log.

There are legitimate complaints about the update and the game in general. There is a distinction between whiners and unhappy customers that seems to be being ignored in some of these threads.

Legitimate complaints I can deal with since most of them use Logic/reason and are unbiased(as to not be overpowered) and offer great suggestions to Supercell. This is maybe 5% of the posters who complain.

The other 95% are irrational (end of my CoC days!!) type players who just complain for the sake of complaining, never offer any sort of logical discussion/ideas to Supercell and get mad when people say "Um, why don't you just try a bit harder"

I don't believe this is true. I've seen many, many players complain who are around TH-7/8 some even TH6. I have seen TH9 players who complain about the loots, but not nearly as much (because there just isn't a vast amount of TH9 players with funds to either afford gems, or enough to cover costs for large-scale farming attacks). Besides, I'm sure the TH9s have just as much right to complain as anyone else, I mean, why wouldn't they? Arguably they are the players who spend the most on the game and deserve more of a say.

Whine means complain, people who whine are those who complained about the fixed mortar and wizard towers firing rates, now that they where fixed, he complained that it was too good for their troops and says that it need to be nerfed.

And then about level issues, back then I remember nobody talks about the levels, like how important they were, oh clan leaders used to look at my high level and recruited me, and now when they were gone, they ask for it back, people are always complaining, even when developers try to improve it.

While the loot bonus is an improvement, it is still better than nothing, and many of the young majority here FORGETS that it is still in ALPHA stage, it has only just been implemented, and it will take weeks and months to fine-tune it.

While the levels are gone, what is the real difference that it really makes? At the end of the day, you still have to visit the player's village and judge it for yourself, does he have the archer level you need, is his village premature, does he know he needs to spend money on the splash, basically how smart he is on playing the game, and his activeness in the clan chat determines the real player he really is, a clan level makes no difference, a bad player will still be a bad player that played longer than the good ones.

a number makes no difference at all, out in the real world, while certs and testimonials grant you a job, the boss is the one who will assesse your skills and personality and determine if you are ethical enough to be granted a promotion. Not everybody can be a clan leader, but everybody can learn to be a better player.

In any type of game, you advance from wooden sword to steel sword, then eventually able to use the best weapons in the game to defeat tough opponents is your goal.

In clash of clan, you advance the game by upgrading your wooden sword(Tier 1 troops) to level 6, then keep killing low level noobs that give you reduced loots, because the repair cost for a wooden sword is much cheaper than that of the Excalibur.

To be honest, I'm much happier swinging my Excalibur against tougher opponents than participating in noob slaying raids.

SUPERCELL, what exactly do you want us to do? I want to play with stronger opponents but my Excalibur(tier 3 troops) has 2 hours repair time 200k repair cost while my wooden sword(tier 1 troops) has 20min repair time and 30k repair cost? The tornament only rewards me 150k which makes me progress backwards from these tournaments. So my only solution is to keep killing noobs until I've saved up enough to play with the big guys, but eventually I'll have to return to noob slaying because my money ran out from winning tournaments.

I JUST WANT TO PLAY THE GAME I LOVE MORE OFTEN, IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK? WHY DO YOU MAKE US KILL NOOBS FOR A LIVING?
