It's much harder than it should be. One expects their capacity to gain loot to increase as their TH and building costs do. Not decrease.

Yep that's totally it. Just hitting the very first base people see, that's totally the root of the loot complaints.

I agree with your stand point, and it is true, it seems like some forumers are starting to get a bit more whiney; however you need to put your feet in their shoes and try to make your post less biased, because as of now it seems like you're only trying to speak for one half of the community - trophy hunters. I do agree that SC isn't forcing anyone to play their game, no developer does that (I think?) however it's about the socio-economics of the game. Sure, they aren't being forced by their game, but the majority of players have invested their money into the game and feel as if they should be given some form of 'say' in what content they receive. It's only natural, if you invested your money into something anyone would feel as if they should be tended to in some way or another. This is why many players are reacting they way they are currently, they've spent money on the game and as a consumer, feel they should be given adequate responses to their claims of disapproval within the game structure/updates. Don't forget, without this vast majority of players who actually have paid for gems(regardless if they complain), SuperCell would not be where they are currently. In order for SC to continue their earnings in a long-term spectrum, it is paramount that they address their concerned players, in which I believe they will tweak their recent updates.

I'm a TH 8, and I can consistently find loots over 160k gold easily accessible within 20 flicks. Just before I found 270k
gold and 150k elixir on the second flick in 1250 trophy range. I am easily able to keep my builders busy with expensive upgrades (for me anyway) and have basically maxed elixir upgrades for TH 8 after not that long here.
Am I missing something?

Worst part about the incessant posts about the same issue is the trolls it brings out. Those people with over 2k posts who do nothing but repeat the same mantra over and over and over. But yea, I agree with the OP in general. I get a day or two of being upset or questioning why they did it, but seriously just get on with it and try to strategize new ways of coping.

I don't understand why are you brining other things that are false about the whiners? You know what they are whining for and you still say what are you whining about? "That Supercell is greedy" "That you need gems". I'm pretty sure most of the whiners didn't say that and most of the whiners were talking about the loot of the league system. You say that you play one hour a day and you're nearly maxed TH7? Please, non sense. How do you raid so much to get your loot in 1 hour? Unless you gem your troops to finish them or you just train your troops then you go offline and then go back on to go raiding and raiding only takes 5mins... When you also tell the whiners to read a book and jump in a lake, why don't you read a book or jump in a lake other than talking about the whiners. I'm not sure if you are complaining about them but if you are then you should do what you told the whiners to do...

People still ask for gems. Take a look on the SC facebook page, beggers galore. Notice I covered the part about the leagues. It takes about 20 mintues for my troops to train, so I can usually get in about 3 raids a day. Take a look at my base, Detective. Clan: FRENDz! Username: conorbear 1. I'm not complaining about whiners. Notice I don't say: OMG, whiners suck, they're like the worst in the world. I never say anything bad about the whiners, I'm simply saying the game isn't that bad. The thing is I'm not being Biased, I am a farmer, not a trophy hunter. I use Barbarians and archers at this cup threshold and still win every now and then, I get all my cups from people failing at raiding me.

I'm still puzzled at how people cannot obtain gold, it really is not that hard.

Regardless, there is no way in which you can speak for the majority (providing the majority is at around TH5-7) while you're at a TH9 and nearly 2k trophies (which is a questionable count to farm at).
