But what happened?

Your reasoning was that wiz and mortar fixed cause your army to be ineffective.

Same thing. Changes in wb restricted base designing alot more.
And i hope you didnt miss out threads like pingfao that shows that there are still people out there trying.

And i recently started promoting those raiding tutorial vid as well. I certainly think a few forumites learnt from them.

Perhaps you should look less into those "hot topic threads" and start clicking on threads that are not "hot".

I made the thread to see how many people were actually in the same position as me, that position being some what mature and adapting to changes in the game rather than go all "Complain about Supercell" until something happens.

I never said anything bad about Pingfao, all those guys are great, but it's the same people time and time again that just either derail threads due to changes Supercell have made.

*shake my head*, people are not happy because of how this game works. They would like to be rewarded for being able to go higher in trophy, they would like to be able to use better troops instead of using same barb/arch combo every raid because it rewards better. Why can't they make it more rewarding to advance in the game, instead they split this game into 2, gemmers competes for trophies, non-gemmers farming for resources at low trophy levels.

I'm 100x better farmer than you, my storages are always full, but I'll never be able to trophy hunt because the troops needed at 3k+ trophy takes 2 hours and 200-300k in elixir to maintain. it doesn't take a genius to figure out with the capped 200k resources gain you are not going anywhere unless you open your pockets.

Why not improve your 200 barb army to be able to handle the improved wiz/mortar bases ?
Maybe limit to bases with Lv4/5 splash tower at max.

Then post an updated guide.

200 Barb guide really doesn't work now at all with the improved targetting. Trust me i've tried to make it work, but it's near on impossible to bait mortars now.

This guide brings out the logic/strong intellect in all of these whiners, note i've said I don't mind people who complain as long as they can back it up with a logical/balanced idea.

yeah i dont have time to sit around and play this game unlike some people ho invest their life playing this game and whining about the people who play the game. Unlike most people, i have a life. Thus, not caring so much about what others do and dont do on this game i just get on to get rid of stress and have a little fun and get off. No drama or whiners permitted because i dont care. So stop whining about whiners because it is rude and a major waste of time.

I think you need to examine what your intentions are in opening a thread on this and not just responding in the multitudes of threads already speaking about this?

Are you saying that the hundreds of people who have taken time to have their say are lying? Are you questioning everyone's integrity? Your experience is yours. Their experience is theirs. Can't people realise that both experiences are valid?

You're TH7? The ones hardest hit are TH9! Some TH9s today who were not TH9 when there wasn't a loot penalty are simply stuck in a rut. You need to read the posts fully to understand the issue. (something you have clearly not done)

Some on the forum who have had different experiences with loot are calling the rest Whiners! STOP Labelling people who have different experiences than you as whiners. People DID NOT complain about the loot penalty when supercell announced it. They only shared an issue with it when they played and realised how bad it affected them to the point of not being able to play/progress. In the software world, this is called reporting a bug. There's a huge bug in game design, and Supercell should be lucky that its users are nice enough to report this bug. As per software engineering process, supercell will then investigate to identify, confirm and rectify if necessary. THAT's THEIR INTENTION!

So why these threads asking this group to stop whining and calling them liars? What are YOUR INTENTIONS?!
